This policy explains what data Vladyslav Verbytskyi (trading as Verblike), the data controller, collects and how we use it when you use our website and browser extensions.

Information we collect

Purchase data. When you buy a plan, our payments provider Creem collects and processes your payment details and billing information. We receive a transaction record (order id, plan, and a license identifier) but never see or store your full card details.

License identifier. The extension generates an anonymous identifier used only to link your purchase to your installation so we can unlock paid features.

Extension activity. Our extensions operate locally in your browser within your own logged-in session on the websites you use. We do not collect, store, or transmit the content you interact with (such as messages or contact lists) to our servers.

How we use data

To process payments, provide and unlock the Service, respond to support requests, and meet legal and tax obligations.

Sharing

We share purchase data with Creem (payments/Merchant of Record) and hosting providers strictly to operate the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

Data retention and your rights

We retain transaction records as required for tax and accounting. You may request access to or deletion of your data by emailing info@verblike.com.
