You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. For subscription plans, refunds apply to the most recent billing charge.

How to request a refund

Email info@verblike.com with the email address used at checkout and your order number (included in your Creem receipt). Refunds are issued to your original payment method by Creem, our Merchant of Record, typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future charges. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Because Creem is the Merchant of Record, refunds and chargebacks are handled through Creem in accordance with their buyer terms.
