These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Vladyslav Verbytskyi, trading as Verblike(“Verblike”, “we”, “us”), the owner and operator of the Verblike browser extensions and the chrome.verblike.com website (the “Service”). By installing an extension or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Verblike provides browser extensions that help you manage your own accounts and data on the websites you use. The extensions act only on actions you initiate within your own logged-in session. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party website that our extensions work with; all product and company names are the property of their respective owners.

2. Payments and billing

Orders and payments are processed by Creem, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Your purchase is also subject to Creem’s buyer terms. Subscription plans renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled; one-time plans grant access for the stated duration.

3. License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extensions. You agree not to resell, reverse engineer, or use the Service to violate any third party’s terms or applicable law.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vladyslav Verbytskyi (trading as Verblike) is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
